Return & Replacement Policy

Because our products are produced on demand (printed or embroidered specifically for your order), we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size or color.

Please make sure to review the size chart and color options before placing your order.

We only offer replacements for the following issues:

• The product arrives damaged or defective
• You receive the wrong size, color, or design compared to your original order

Resolution: We will send a replacement item at no extra cost. You do not need to return the original item.

When Should You Contact Us?

   Your package has exceeded the estimated delivery window without explanation (no holiday notice, no shipping delay updates, etc.).
2. You want to cancel or change your order
   This is only possible if your order has not been marked as “Shipped.”
3. There is an error in your shipping address
   We can update the address only before the order is processed and shipped.
4. Your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
   We will replace it promptly and free of charge.
